دستور جلسه 54 جلسه شورای هماهنگی امور حقوقی در خصوص نظرات شماره 94001/160 مورخ 94/2/15 و 9520/3451 مورخ 95/5/3 کمیسیون وحدت رویه کانون سردفتران و دفتریاران ، به پیوست تصویر صورتجلسه مورخ 95/11/26 شورای هماهنگی امور حقوقی به شماره 95/267291 مورخ 95/12/22 حاوی نظرات شورا و نامه شماره 95/269559 مورخ 95/12/24 دفتر حقوقی و امور مجلس متضمن دستور ریاست محترم مبنی بر ابلاغ نظرات شورای مذکور در اجرای بند 2 ماده 66 قانون دفاتر اسناد رسمی ارسال می گردد .
