دفتر سنتی گواهی امضا در دفاتر پایلوت حذف شد

به اطلاع می رساند از تاریخ 95/10/18، دفتر سنتی گواهی امضاء در دفاتر اسناد رسمی منتخب (پایلوت) حذف شد و گواهی امضاء در این دفاتر به صورت الکترونیک انجام می شود.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی کانون سردفتران و دفتریاران، لازم به ذکر است در دفاتر پایلوت، دفتر گواهی امضاء دستنویس نیز تکمیل و از متقاضی گواهی امضاء، امضاء اخذ می‌شود.

این اقدام در راستای طرح سامانه ثبت الکترونیک اسناد صورت گرفته است.

گزارش تصویری استفاده از این طرح جدید در قسمت اطلاعیه مدیر سیستم در پرتال کانون درج شده است.
