بهای فروش وسائط نقلیه تولید داخل و وارداتی ،اجرا سال 1396 شمسی 2017 میلادی

قیمت فروش و مجموع ارزش گمرکی و حقوق ورودی انواع خودروهای تولید داخل و وارداتی (مبنای محاسبه مالیات،عوارض و حق الثبت جهت اجراء در سال 1396 و 2017) اعلام شد.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی کانون سردفتران و دفتریاران، در اجرای مواد 42 و 43 قانون مالیات بر ارزش افزوده مصوب 17 اردیبهشت ماه 1387 و ماده 10 قانون الحاق موادی به قانون تنظیم بخشی از مقرات مالی دولت مصوب 15/8/84،‌لوح فشرده حاوی بهای فروش انواع خودروهای تولید داخل و مجموع ارزش گمرکی و حقوق ورودی انواع خودروهای وارداتی که مبنای محاسبه مالیات و عوارض موضوع مواد ذکر شده و همچنین حق الثبت موضوع ماده 123 اصلاحی قانون ثبت قرار می‌گیرد از سوی سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور به سازمان ثبت و کانون سردفتران و دفتریاران اعلام شده است.
