6 دی ماه روز دفاتر اسناد رسمی بر کلیه همکاران مبارک باد

امروز 6 دی , روز کاتب بالعدل است , همو که مدتهاست به عدل مینویسد و به چشم نمی آید و سهمش از این مجموعه بی مهری است , همگی قرآن و کلام وحی را میخوانند و شعار میدهند ولی نمیدانم چرا آن بخش از آینه مداینه را که خداوند توصیه اکید میفرماید که وَ لَا یُضَارَّ کاَتِبٌ وَ لَا شَهِیدٌ نمیخوانند؟

نزدیک به یک قرن است سران دفاتر وظیفه کتابت را بعهده گرفته اند و نهادی حاکمیتی محسوب میگردند , گرچه مردم خوب میدانند امینانشان کجایند و معاملاتشان را نزد چه کسانی ببرند و آن را بنام محضر میشناسند اما متولیان و زعمای قوم و حتی قوای سه گانه , کاتبان را که فرهیختگان و خادمین بی ادعای مملکتند فرزندان خود نمیدانند و سردفتران و دفتریاران را صرفا در تکالیف و وظایف سهیم میدانند و اما زمانی که بحث از توزیع و تقسیم رفاه و آسایش و حقوق فردی و اجتماعی باشد انگار نیستند و به چشم نمی آیند و یا بی نیاز از مکنت و مال و منالند و ایثار و انجام وظیفه مختص آنان است

سالهای مدیدی است روز 6 دی که دویست و هشتاد و دومین روز از سال است و با آیه 282 سوره مبارکه بقره منطبق گردیده , سران دفاتر و دفتریاران این روز را با هدف اعتلای سند رسمی و اعتبار بخشی به جایگاه رفیع و منیع قرآنی دفاتر اسناد رسمی بعنوان روز سردفتر یا سند رسمی گرامی میدارند و از مقامات مسئول درخواست ثبت این روز را بعنوان پاسداشت خادمین صادق و امین مردم در گوشه ای از تقویم کشوری دارند و به همین نیز دلخوشند .

امید است 6 دی عاقبت روزی بناممان با هر اسم و عنوانی ثبت شود تا آیندگان پی به خدمات این قشر مظلوم ببرند .

این روز بزرگ را به تمام خانواده بزرگ دفاتر اسناد رسمی اعم ازسردفتر و دفتریار و کارکنان عزیز دفاتر و متولیان حاکمیتی امر کتابت تبریک و تهنیت عرض میکنم
