راهنمای تصویری فک و فسخ سند از طریق سامانه مدیریت کشوری املاک

در ابتدا پس از اتصال به شبکه اختصاصی سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاک و ورود به سامانه مدیریت کشوری املاک به نشانی www.cpms.ir ، با وارد کردن نام کاربری و کلمه عبور خود وارد سامانه شوید.

در بدو ورود ، وارد محیط کارتابل خواهید شد:

روی کارتابل با جستجوی پیشرفته کلیک کنید تا وارد محیط جستجوی پیشرفته شوید:

در صفحه جدید ، نوع درخواست را "خلاصه معامله" انتخاب کنید:

شماره سند رهنی را وارد کنید:

سپس روی علامت زیر کلیک کنید:

با کلیک راست بر روی خلاصه معامله پیدا شده ، بر روی گزینه "نمایش" کلیک کنید:

وارد محیط "خلاصه معامله" خواهید شد.

در قسمت "رفع محدودیت/مالکیت" اطلاعات زیر را تکمیل کنید:

شماره: منظور شماره شناسه نوع خدمات ثبتی (فک یا فسخ) که در سامانه ثبت الکترونیک اسناد-دفتر الکترونیک (www.ssar.ir) انجام داده اید.
تاریخ: تاریخ انجام خدمات ثبتی (فک یا فسخ)
نوع رفع محدودیت: فسخ یا فک

در نهایت پس از تکمیل اطلاعات فوق ، در ذیل صفحه ابتدا روی "ثبت" و سپس روی "ارسال" کلیک کنید.
