محاسبه حق التحریر سایر اسناد مالی بر اساس جدول اسناد رهنی

پیرو بخشنامه شماره 94/77811 مورخ 94/5/12 در خصوص تعیین تعرفه حق التحریر دفاتر اسناد رسمی ، با توجه به ماهیت متفاوت مبنای محاسبه حق التحریر اسناد معاملات منقول با سایر اسناد مالی موضوع جدول سه بند الف بخشنامه مذکور ، عبارت «سایر اسناد مالی» از عنوان جدول شماره 3 بند الف حذف و عنوان جدول یک بند الف الحاق می گردد. لذا حق التحریر «سایر اسناد مالی» بر اساس ضرایب جدول یک بند الف بخشنامه تعرفه حق التحریر دفاتر اسناد رسمی محاسبه خواهد شد.

معاونت امور اسناد سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاک کشور ، اداره کل امور اسناد و سردفتران ، دفتر مدیریت عملکرد و بازرسی ، ادارات کل ثبت اسناد و املاک استان ها و ادارات ثبت وظیفه نظارت بر حسن اجرای این بخشنامه را بر عهده خواهند داشت.
