آخرین پیش نویس اصلاح آیین نامه بیمه و بازنشستگی جهت دریافت نظرات نهایی همکاران

طبق بند 5 مصوبه مورخ 8/3/95 هیات مدیره کانون سردفتران و دفتریاران، آخرین پیش نویس اصلاح آیین نامه بیمه و بازنشستگی به شرح پیوست است.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی کانون سردفتران و دفتریاران، از عموم سردفتران و دفتریاران محترم درخواست می شود نظرات و پیشنهادات خود را ظرف یک هفته به دفتر هیات مدیره کانون ارسال تا مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

با سلام.بازنشستگی و اخذ مستمری با سابقه ده سال خوب بوده که متاسفانه در این ایین نامه پیشنهادی به ۱۵سال افزایش یافته و شرط سنی گذاشته شده.به نظر من تنها ایراد این ایین نامه پیشنهادی همین هست چرا که فردی که بیش از ده سال بیمه پرداخت نموده لااقل این حق داشته باشه به میزان سنواتش مستمری دریافت کنه
